The exclusive Bardahl Polar Plus anti-friction formula forms a lubricating molecular film which, fixing itself chemically on the metal, creates a permanent protection barrier against friction and wear to a much greater extent than conventional lubricants. Foamy Chain Lube contains special substances which during the production phase allow the formation of a penetrating foam on the surfaces capable of making the lubricant reach deep between the links.

Problem
Most chains are exposed to air, water, humidity. The chains of the bikes are also in direct contact with dust, sand, mud: all this means safe corrosion and excessive wear. In addition, some chains (such as those of motorcycles, bicycles, snowmobiles, conveyors) have rather intricate links with narrow and difficult to reach spaces. Normal lubricants do not easily penetrate these spaces and tend to escape.
Solution
Bardahl chain lubricant contains: a penetrating substance, the Bardahl "polar attraction" formula, an anti-oxidant agent, and a mixture of high viscosity oil with polymers for lubricating hard-to-reach spaces.
- The penetrating substance has a low surface tension which allows it to penetrate into narrow spaces; in fact, a capillary action attracts it in the areas between the lateral parts of the links.
- The BARDAHL "polar attraction" formula is composed of extreme pressure agents that adhere to the metal, forming a very resistant molecular film which smoothes metal surfaces, reducing friction and wear.
- Protection against friction is enhanced by high quality oil with polymers; once applied, it remains adherent to the surfaces.
- The antioxidant works chemically to prevent oxidation, the cause of rust and other types of corrosion.
- The foaming agent allows uniform application and prevents the drawbacks of an over-spray.
